Our environment is definitely not the same as others who are experiencing this issue. However our main mail server is R5. I just had this issue with a user who had R6 client loaded on their machine first. For some unknown reason they wanted R5 there as well. R5 was loaded after the fact. However their mail template was R6 so they couldn't see squat for mail. Anywho, when they tried opening R6 they would get the "context toolbar..blah blah blah" message. I closed all the Notes clients on the machine. In the R6 directory I renamed the desktop files & the bookmark.nsf file. I stripped the notes.ini file for the R6 install. I launched R6, went through and completed the setup. All problems were all set. R5 & R6 are co-existing without issue.
